Really good stay
breakfast buffet outside table ample sunbeds relaxing experience
The breakfast buffet included many options and the staff were attentive. There were tables both inside and outside. The pool area has ample sunbeds and a nice bar. I enjoyed the sound bath session. It was a relaxing experience. A short walk leads to the beach, a definite bonus.
The gym did not have air conditioning. It made workouts uncomfortable

The hotel features several well kept pools with clear signage regarding depth, a fitness center with modern equipment, and a spa offering various treatments. Landscaped gardens surround the hotel. There is a kids' club available with scheduled activities.

The reception was warm, and Carlos handled our luggage efficiently. I met Ruth, Chaxi, Daniella, Irache, Laura, Jony, and Miguel at the restaurants. I also appreciated Marissa who maintained our room. Loreta from Guest Relations and David from Falconry provided good assistance. Mattias, the lifeguard, was also very helpful.
The gym was very busy during peak hours. It required a bit of patience to use the equipment.

Our suite included luxury linens with high thread count. Bath towels had a soft texture and generous size, and they were replaced daily. An outdoor hydrotherapy pool offered a relaxing experience.

Cristina, the manager, and Maria, the deputy, demonstrate attention to detail. Laura and Bryan at the Gold Level gave excellent service. Staff members are warm and friendly. The staff provided attentive service.
