Our stay at Hotel Gran Tacande was absolutely wonderful! The spaciousness of the rooms and high standards of cleanliness made for a comfortable retreat. Breakfast was truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Although we had a minor issue with the sunbed reservations, it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment.
My stay at Gran Tacande was overall enjoyable, with a nice room and beautiful pool areas. While the breakfast options lacked in quality, the beautiful grounds and proximity to the beach made up for it. However, the sunbed reservation situation was quite frustrating, as it often meant playing a game just to secure a spot. Despite these issues, I felt like I received good value for my money.
Our stay was delightful with a spacious and beautifully designed room. The dining options were top-notch, especially the breakfast buffet with its myriad of choices. However, we encountered an unfortunate issue with cleanliness when we spotted a cockroach and had a lack of water on an early departure day. Overall, it's a lovely hotel, but these mishaps were disappointing.
I had a fantastic time at Gran Tacande in Tenerife! The hotel is very spacious and located conveniently near the beach and shopping areas. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with plenty of delicious options. While the service was great overall, I did notice a minor issue with the handling of food in the restaurant. The pool areas were absolutely beautiful, but I would have liked to see a little more privacy in the room design. However, the spa facilities were simply amazing and a highlight of my stay.
Our stay at the hotel started off well but took a turn due to cleanliness issues and unwanted pests. While the room was spacious and offered a lovely view, the overall maintenance did not meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The service, especially at the pool area, was inconsistent, which made for a frustrating experience. On the upside, the prompt handling of our concerns was appreciated.
